Start of Year Forms
All parents, please complete an Education Benefits Form. It may also be completed in the Family Portal. This form has two purposes. One, your family may qualify for a number of benefits. Two, it helps our school district to secure funding for programs. (An estimated $1.1 million is tied to this.)
All parents, please complete Student Forms in Parent Portal.
And any necessary Student Health Forms may be brought in to our main office.
