Credit Recovery Information
Currently, no signature is needed from the counselor in order to register for credit recovery classes, however, it is suggested that students reach out to their counselor via email or in person to verify that the class they are registering for will fulfill their graduation requirements. You may only register for ONE class at a time for the school year program. ONLY THE FIRST CLASS REGISTERED FOR WILL BE HONORED. There is a charge of $185 per class, with discounted rates for free and reduced lunch, collected prior to class activation. Free and Reduced lunch fees will be verified and adjusted if needed. Additional classes may be registered for after the first class is completed. All testing must be completed in one of the computer labs. There will be open lab time at Dakota on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 2:15-4:15pm and at CVHS on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 2:15-4:15pm. Students work at their own pace and are able to access their courses at any time and have 3 months to complete each class.
Registration begins Monday, September 8, 2025 and ends Friday, March 27, 2026.

Credit Recovery three week extensions are available beginning 12/1/2025. You may only enroll in ONE extension at a time for the class that you are currently enrolled in. The $50 charge covers 3 weeks or until the end of the school year, whichever comes first. THERE ARE NO DISCOUNTS FOR FREE OR REDUCED LUNCH AVAILABLE FOR THE EXTENSION CLASS. Please be sure to read the agreements carefully and fill in the information completely when registering.
