Sick Children...Send to School or Stay Home?

Deciding when a child is too sick to go to school can be a difficult decision for parents to make. When trying to decide, use these guidelines AND seek the advice of your health care provider.

Dispensing Medication at School

Links to the required forms are below.  Please print out, complete, and return the applicable forms to the clinic so that we can administer medication (prescription and/or over the counter) to your child during the school day.  The State of Michigan requires that these forms be on file with the child's school before any medication can be dispensed by the school.  PARENTS MUST BRING ALL MEDICATIONS WITH THE FORMS TO SCHOOL FOR THE STUDENT.  Please do not send medications in student backpacks.
