Registration for the Credit Recovery & Credit Forward Summer School opens on May 1, 2024.  

HIGH SCHOOL SUMMER SCHOOL

Classes begin on Monday, June 24th and close on Thursday, August 8th.  

THERE ARE NO EXTENSIONS AVAILABLE FOR SUMMER CLASSES.  ALL CLASSES MUST BE COMPLETED, INCLUDING FINAL EXAMS, BY AUGUST 8TH.

Registration for a summer school course does not guarantee a passing grade or credit toward graduation requirements.  Each course will be graded. It is advised that students reach out to their counselors as Chippewa Valley is not responsible for incorrect course registration.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Can students finish earlier than August 8? – YES! Students will be working asynchronously, at their own pace, with a district teacher for support.  To earn credit, students must complete 100% of all coursework with an overall grade of 60% or higher.

When are grade reports sent to my high school? –  In-district  student grades will be reported in PowerSchool.  Out-of-district students will have a grade report sent to their counselor by August 31.

Are there tutors available at summer school? – No, but you can contact companies such as Mathnasium and Kumon

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

• Registration may be completed at https://chippewavalleyschools.ce.eleyo.com
• There is a cost for each semester course.  Charges of $195 - one class (0.5 credit)/ $390.00 - two classes (1 credit)/ $585.00 - three classes (1.5 credits) for all students  (Credit Forward Students are only allowed up to (2) classes in the summer session.)
• Discounted rates are available online for free or reduced lunch and will be verified. If the student does not qualify, the difference in payment must be made or the student will not receive credit for the course. REGISTRATION and PAYMENT DEADLINE:  JUNE 17, 2024
  • Payment is due when registration is made.
